Khoo Boon Hui

Mr. Boon Hui Khoo served as the Senior Deputy Secretary at Ministry of Home Affairs of Singapore till January 2015. Mr. Khoo began his career at Singapore Police Force (SPF) and served as its Commissioner from July 1997 to January 2010, where he spent 32 years. He oversaw the strategic development of regional and international collaboration, including capacity development initiatives across Singapore's law enforcement agencies. 


He has been a Non-Executive & Independent Director of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd. since September 1, 2010. Mr. Khoo serves as President of the INTERPOL Executive Committee from 2008 to 2012 and sits on the boards of Temasek Foundation CLG Limited. He has been a Director of Moh Holdings Pte Ltd. since July 4, 2016. He has been a Board Member of Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd., Ministry of Health Holdings, the Casino Regulatory Authority, Certis CISCO and Temasek Foundation International CLG Limited. He serves as a Director of the Singapore Eye Centre Board. 


He is a Senior Fellow of the Home Team Academy and the Civil Service College. Prior to this, he was Senior Fellow of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Senior Advisor, MHA until 30 November 2016 and 20 January 2016 respectively. He is a member of the Palo Alto Networks Public Sector Advisory Council and the Board Financial Crime Risk Committee of Standard Chartered Bank. He was also appointed the Commissioner of the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace (Netherlands).
